To cancel your hosting account you must:

Fax a copy of your drivers license and a letter stating that you would like to cancel and be sure and include the following:

Your domain name
Your signature

The name on the drivers license must match the name on the account. If it is a company account, then fax a letter on company letterhead with a copy of the drivers license of a legal binding officer of the company along with the information above.

We apologize for this inconvenience but it is necessary for us to take this precaution for the sake of our customers.

If Client has a balance due at the time of cancellation, this balance must be paid in full. Cancellation does not absolve Client of any outstanding financial obligations.

* If you are a reseller you only need to fax one letter for all of your accounts. Be sure to include the domain names of all the accounts you want to cancel. 

* All customers, including resellers, must follow the procedures above to cancel their account(s).
